RDM is used by several operators. Each operator must access a website with their own assigned account.
RDM through the plugin proposes to the operators to choose their own account.

There is the possibility to automatically fill in the login form with the data eg based on user RDM or Windows or ??

Thanks

Hello,

If your operators each configure their user-specific settings on your website entries, they will each be able to access these entries using their own credentials. I would invite you to consult our online help topic on the subject and let me know if you have any additional questions.

In this case it is the user who must set the account and the RDM admin on his RDM client has no visibility / access to these credentials. I need to centralize these credentials and make them available / editable to the RDM admin.
Thanks

Hello,

Indeed, the User Specific Settings or Local Specific Settings is specific to the user and personalize by the user. Usually, our customers will link the User Specific Settings to an Username / Password Credential entry located in their Private Vault which is personal to each users. RDM Admin don't have access to the Private Vault.

As I understand, your RDM administrator will manage each personal user password? If its the case, they would need to create a Username / Password credential entry in the All Entries tab so that the users can use this entry to perform the User Specific Settings. Each user would need to have access to their own entry. It's a little bit complicated to mange, but it's possible to accomplish this using the RBAC - https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/rolebasedsecuritysystem_simplifiedsecurity.htm
