Updating this software is becoming to be a nightmare... new versions come out full of bugs.

The new version as a problem with quick connect form tray menu... it always open the program window on the background.

Really annoying!

We've been able to reproduce the issue. We will have a fix for this starting with RDM 2019.2.17.0 (both free and enterprise).

Any release date for the 2019.2.17.0 version?


Just found a new bug on the free version... it's impossible to register the aplication!

1) Register application window
2) Choose "use registration from devolutions account"
3) Application frozen and need to force kill

Nice Job on this alpha state release!!!

I understand and kind accept the fact that the free version is a "beta" tester zone for the enterprise one, but the development of this application is getting worst day after day...


Where is the simple and minimalist application that all loved on the past????

We are planning to release RDM 2019.2.17.0 (Free+Enterprise) by the end of the week.

I wasn't able to reproduce the freeze issue. Can you try this:

1. On the register screen, press "register later" so you can use RDM.
2. Go in File > Devolutions Account
3. Try to sign in

Are you able to successfully sign in, or does it also freeze from there? If you were able to sign in, can you then try to register again (in the ribbon under the Help tab).

Otherwise, we recommend copying manually your license (accessible through the customer portal https://customer-portal.devolutions.com/serials) into RDM.

Hello,

Could you go on https://customer-portal.devolutions.com/ , click on My Serials and then copy/paste the RDM Free license into RDM.
This should avoid the freezing issue for now.

Is it possible to download older versions of the application? versions that really worked before this no sense of two different versions?

Updated to version 2019.2.18.0 and the main window still appear when i use QuickConnect from tray...

We misunderstood your issue with the quick connect, that's our bad. We compared with 2019.1.41.0 and indeed the behavior is different. We will change this as it was not intended to change.

The main application window should not appear behind the quick connect prompt starting from the next version of RDM.
