Accessing Tags Causes Application to Freeze

Recently, I have been unable to set tags on session configurations in the GUI. Accessing the tags causes the application to freeze. Have to kill the application process in order to clear the screen. Reviewed the application and connection logs and it shows no activity related to the freeze. Version number is 2019.2.16.0 64-bit. OS is Windows 10 version 1903

Not sure what about the data source that you are asking, but the login type is Domain and the DB version is v1.523

Unfortunately I am not reproducing the crash issue with the tags window prompt.
Is there any way to make a quick video if the issue?

Not sure what occurred, but it appears to be working now. I believe it was something on my computer as I installed it on another computer and it worked fine, so I have no idea what happened. Thanks.
