Can someone please update the "Download Previous Versions" for RDM?
For those that are testing and find issues, we need a way to roll back to the previous latest version. It appears that no one cares to update this section, as there isn't even a 2019.x.x.x listed. There have been 23 version releases, according to the release notes, since it was last updated. Can someone please maintain and update the "Download Previous Versions" for RDM?

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback!
That said, this section only offer the "official releases". This is the reason why the previous builds are not shown there.
Which version do you wish to use? I will be able to provide you a link to this version.
Best regards,
James Lafleur
So, what constitutes an "official release"? Are you saying RDM ver. 14.1 was the last official release back in January? Are the last 23 releases in the "official" release notes all beta builds?
Hello,
You are correct, these versions were all Beta releases.
The only non-Beta version that was actually an official release is RDM 2019.1.41. I will contact our engineering department on that matter and see if this version can be added.
Best regards,
James Lafleur
This is cause for concern, as they are not posted as beta and I would never release a beta version of the software in our production environment. Please have someone from your management reach out to me, as this response is very distressing.
I like how you edited your response after mine. Here is the original attached.

Hello,
My name is Jeff and I am the service desk supervisor here at Devolutions. To answer your primary question, a request was made to our web team to add 2019.1.41.0 to the previous versions page, but the deployment of the website has been delayed to monday because of some latest minute changes, sorry about that. If you need to download this version for any reason, you can use this link:
http://cdn2.devolutions.net/download/Setup.RemoteDesktopManager.2019.1.41.0.exe
Regarding the edited post by James, he forgot to add some information, this is why he edited the post.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
So is it correct that the versions between 14.1.2 and 2019.1.41.0 are non-production beta builds? If so, you guys really need to state that on the release notes, as I am not being paid to test your software for you with my users.
Hello,
Indeed, RDM 14.1.3.0, 2019.1.41.0 and 2019.2.14.0 are official releases. All the versions mentioned on the previous versions page are official builds.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
@gkirkman, you're rather salty about the versions.
You know that you could only access and download them by clicking on the 'beta' link on the RDM website right? Those release notes are handy for people that are testing the beta's to know what is changing between each build.
Is your complaint simply that the release notes aren't marked with a *beta*?
I'm also not sure why you're so aggressive with the RDM staff. You state in your first post that 'for those that are testing', but then later you say you're not being paid to test the RDM software. So were you testing or weren't you? And if so, you should really make sure you have a repository of the version you're using prior to upgrading or doing any testing.
And if you were indeed on any of those beta versions, you would have had to click on the 'beta' link on the RDM website. So you would have known they are beta builds.
I think it was pretty clear that I am testing full builds in our DEV environment, prior to general release to our business, to ensure no major issues make it to our end users. This doesn't mean I am testing "beta" builds. It's still not clear to me what Devolutions considers a general release.
I am salty, because I have so many issues in the past with their previous releases of DPS and RDM that I had delayed releasing deployment to our entire company.
When they "release" a new version and it breaks functionality in our DEV environment, I need to be able to downgrade the DEV environment to the exact previous version to match our PROD. In this case, a year had lapsed and nothing was posted in the section. The initial response I received was completely wrong in my opinion, as there have been "official releases".
