after updating RDM to 2019.2.9.0 and the applocation has been running for about 15 minutes or so my Start bar becomes un-responsive. a reboot is the only way to resolve the issue.
any recommendations on this?

What do you mean by start bar? The task bar in Windows or the status bar in RDM?
By reboot, do you mean a reboot of RDM or the entire computer?

I have RDM running on window 10 so the start button and everything running down on the start bar including the system tray. and rebooting the entire computer.
however I think I have resolved the issue. I had to completely uninstall and reinstall RDM.
I have not seen the behavior since.
