Since we enabled 2FA for our RDM user accounts the RDM applications seems to require excessive entry of the authorisation number.
I must be entering it about 6 times a day.
Can't we contain this to just the once per day at the most.
It always seems to pop up at the most inconvenient times, usually when I'm using a totally different application it pops up, steals the focus and insists on sitting on top of the thing you were trying to do.
It's very annoying but I really don't want our staff sneaking around and disabling it.

Have you set it at the application or datasource?
What type of datasource are you using?

it is Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise Edition version 2019.1.41.0 64-bit
User accounts were all setup in the website, so I assume that's the datasource. Authentication type for all users is Cloud. The user accounts have offline-mode set to Read Only.

We have changed our authentication method regarding our cloud-based data source like Online Drive and Online Database.
Some enhancements have been made in our latest releases, so I would like you to try RDM 2019.2.9.0 if possible.
