refresh webrowser url if tab is inactive or not in first screen

Hello
Please add a feature: refresh site/url in webbrowser connection:
if RDM TAB with webbrowser is inactive or is not in first screen with X time than refresh site (like F5) to stay logged in website
but not refresh if RDM TAB with webbrowser is used or is in first screen
