Hi,
Every time when adding new user to our RDM I have to assign manually to the new User: dozens of Roles and setup all other parameters manually.
Would be a problem to add "Clone user" functionality? So I can clone some user and then just modify few unique things like Login (we use AD Integrity), names etc.
If clone option is not possible then maybe some kind of User Accounts Templates? So I would be able to create templates with Roles etc. and use them in new user creation process.

What data source type are you connected to?
With Devolutions Password Server (DPS) data source, as it's offering a full Active Directory integration, there is no need to assign roles to user accounts. It even offers an automatic user account creation feature that create the account on their first login to the data source. Let us know if you want to try Devolutions Password Server. You may also contact our sales department at sales@devolutions.net to obtain trial license keys.
For the user templates, in Administration - System Settings - General - User Template, there are few options available when you want to create an account.

We use RDM Enterprise with MSSQL as backend and Active Directory integrity for users.
We have 3500 entries and about 100 Roles.
This few general options in User Templates are ok, thanks for info. The most annoying part is clicking one by one 10-20 individual Roles for assignment and need of documenting all these parameters (or be forced to switching between old and new user and compare all pieces of the setup) but looks like I have to live with it ;)

About the Active Directory integrity authentication, as a direct database connection can now be risky, we recommend to implement the Custom login. Here is a blog article about the subject. Let us know if you want to get more information about Custom login with SQL Server data source.

About AD Integrity, thanks for sharing a link :) I know this topic, I had discussion about this risk with RDM support 5 years ago :) after we find out with our DBA this design can be a security issue. I'm really glad you finally hardened this aspect! I'm gonna to implement this change.

You will now be able to duplicate a user from the user creation window. This feature will be available as soon as the beta version 2019.2.12.0 is released.
