Navigation pane - adding columns
Hi,
How do I save my configuration of the navigation tab, I have it floating and I always have several columns added to it for quick and easy access to information.
However, every time the application is closed I have to add all the extra columns again.

Hello,
The configuration of the columns that you add into the Navigation Pane is saved in a file named RemoteDesktopManager.ext.
This file is located in %localappdata%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager.
Do you have read/write access on this folder?

Yep, have full control of the folder location and of the .ext file.

Hello,
Could you try to close RDN, rename your RemoteDesktopManager.ext file into RemoteDesktopManager.old and restart RDM?
This should create you a new .ext file. I hope that your columns will now stay in place.
