Hello,
Is the issue a new issue after a RDM update? or any Windows update?
Regards,
David Grandolfo
Fresh application install and new Google Drive data source created.
No recent Windows Updates.
Issue started happening after I exported my Local Data Source folders, credentials, and sessions to an *.rdm file and imported them into the Google Drive data source.
Hello,
I was not able to replicate the crash, but the import of sessions from SQLite to Google Drive was extremely slow on my side.
I opened a ticket to our engineering department regarding this.
The ticket number is RDMW-3772.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
This is still an issue in 2019.2.12.0; the application crashes while loading the connections from Google Drive. Since this doesn't seem like it's going to be resolved any time soon, and I cannot use the application in its current state, is there some way I can tell it to start without loading the Google Drive connections and then I guess I'll use some other method?
Also, if I manually download the file it created from Google Drive, can I import this into some other format that will not lose any of the credentials and connections as well as not crash on launch?
Hello,
I know that a fix was made this morning for Google Drive but the release you got was from yesterday build. This should be available Wednesday morning.
Regards
David Hervieux
Thanks David. Will this be a beta build or a GA build?
This will not be a beta release.
Regards
David Hervieux
Looks like version 2019.2.12.0 is still the only GA version on the download site. Should the new version with the fix be there yet?
Hello,
RDM Free 2019.2.13.0 can be downloaded here

2019.2.13.0 solves the crash on loading a Google Drive data source.
However, creating a new folder or entry, moving entries, or modifying entries or folders causes about a 10 second delay in the UI, during which time if you click too many times on anything else the UI will crash.
But at least this is an improvement.
Do you know if it is possible to load this same data source on my Android tablet and phone? That's one of the reasons why I wanted to use a Google Drive data source for the desktop app; so that perhaps I could also load it on my mobile app.
Hello,
Indeed, Google Drive data source is also available on RDM Android.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
