On Fresh Open: Top Favorite should open, not whole Favorites folder full of sessions

This has been bothering me for a while now: When I first open RDM, it appears that the top item in my Favorites list is selected, so I hit Open Session because I always want that server. However, unseen in the background, it's actually got the whole Favorites folder selected then asks to confirm whether I want to open all the sessions in the folder rather than just the one that appears to be selected. Can we make it so that on a fresh open, if it appears that a single session is selected, hitting Open Session selects the top session in the Favorites list rather than the whole folder?
