Strange issue within Citrix shared desktop session

Hi Support,
Sometimes we are getting complains from users that they are facing issues when starting Remote Desktop Manager with Citrix .
See error below :
DirectoryNotFoundException - Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager\7709FBD5-CA37-4B41-B2E8-663D1D6F5EA5\Repositories.xml'.

And indeed I'm not able to access this folder within my profile the folder doesn't exist, once login again to Citrix I was able to get access to the DB resource,
Can you pls advise.
