Put "Show Configured Tools" on Tools menu

I only just found the little tools icon for "Show Configured Tools". It seems odd that these are separate from the main Tool menu.
Why is that? It seems wrong.
It would be ideal if we could add more of our own tool definitions into this list.

You're right, the tools should be merged. In the next version, you will be able to configure, add and remove your our tools. It will also be available in the SDK.
