SQL Management Studio Add-On should have an option for taking connection string

When setting up a session type "SQL Management Studio", you have to specify a host and database. Credentials for this session type can be taken from a connection string-credentials entry, but not the host and database - information that is already in the connection string.

TL;DR: "SQL Managemen Studio"-sessions should have an option to use a connection string-credentials entry to fill out username, password, host and database.
