Web site blinks, if browser type set to Google and moving courser in top part of RDM

Hi,
I have noticed on my computer, if I have a Web Site-session and it is configured to use Google Chrome, that I can experience "blinking" of the browser, If I move the the courser around in the empty area in the top part of RDM.

Attached picture shows the area affected.
Attached video demonstrates the error.

Windows 10 Insider Slow-ring, fully updated.
