Unable to create the Citrix control, the request timed out.

I am getting this message trying to setup an ICA based Citrix session running RDM Free Version 2019.1.39.0 64-bit. Unsure where to go to correct the issue.
Any assistane greatly appreciated.

This issue seems to be caused by the 64 bits version of the Citrix plugin. That said, RDM free doesn't include any 32-bit version.

For test purpose, could you download RDM enterprise trial and start Remotedesktopmanager.exe to confirm our assumption.
