add global keyboard shortcut: minimizing maximizing RDM

Good morning
Could I ask you to add a small functionality to increase productivity when working with RDM and other programs such as browser, explorer, email program. Repeatedly working on two windows, i.e. RDM and browser, I have to minimize or press the alt + tab keyboard shortcut manually, but if the window was not the last one used, you had to look in the alt + tab menu to restore RDM.

The second functionality is adding the option that after locking RDM (password) disable minimize to the tray and still displays the program in the taskbar
