Where do we enter our new Enterprise key so it updated for everyone via the Data Source?

We have RDM Enterprise and just got our new key. One user put it in on their system but it didn't seem to update the data source to affect everyone.

I found these instructions but I don't have the Data Source Settings button as shown in the picture:

Where is the proper place to put out new key so that everyone stops getting the prompt about being expired?

Hello,

Which version of RDM and what type of Data Source are you currently using?

If you are on the latest version of RDM, the "Data source Settings" under the Administration tab are now called "System Settings"

Currently RDM version 2019.1.38.0
SQL data source.

I did see System Settings but wasn't sure if that was the same thing or not.
