Add website link to a session

Hello. Have over 300 sites with multiple sessions in each site. The problem is I cannot understand how I can add website urls to specific sessions that should open that link, any recommendations where to dig?
Small example - lets say have a site called London - in this site we have 4 telnet sessions to their devices and 1 Website and 2 SSH sessions. So 1 Website has name and credentials are already in that session but not the actual website link? Is it possible to use name of the session and put it to Website link?
