Auto focus tab / switching tab during logon (RDP)

Dears,
annoying issue that hits me every day.
Starting e.g. 2 RDP sessions by double click the entry from the tree.
Both sessions open and wait that i click on the user name and enter the logon password (e.g. Server 2008).
In one tab (session) i enter my password and hit enter to logon.
In the next second i switch to the other tab (session) to logon over there but after some seconds RemoteDesktopManager switches back to the other RDP session to show me the Windows logon process.


How can i disable such an auto switching?
