How to set the department for a specific user
Hello,
how can I set the department for a specific user? i can't find any option within the gui to set this property:
I also tried to set it with PowerShell. For that I found the property "$user.UserInfo.UserProfile.Department", but the provided information won't be stored in the database. For instance "$user.UserInfo.UserProfile.CompanyName" can be set within the same script.
datasource is mysql, rdm version 2019.1.38.0 enterprise

You are right that there is no Department property available in the UI with a MySQL data source. And it is not possible to set that information with the RDM PowerShell module.
Let me check that with the engineering team and will get back to you once I will get some information about it.

A ticket has been sent to our engineering department to add the Department property in the UI. The internal ticket number is RDMW-3332. Once a fix will be available, we will update this thread.
