Issue with specific exe after Sophos AV Installation
We recently acquired and installed Sophos AV. Shortly after we did it started blocking an application called deliveryslip. We noticed with each session we attempt to open in RDM we get this block and the pages never open. We temporarly allowed the application and things went back to normal response.
Is this app used in the RDM and for what? Is there a way we can disable it's usage? Our sophos AV administrator doesn't want to allow it for several reasons.

Hello,
RDM does not launch any application or service named deliveryslip. This is really a strange issue. What RDM version do you use exactly? What type of session do you open exactly?

sorry for the delayed response, the notification that there was an update on the post got stopped in my Spam filter.
First we are running RDM 14.1.3.0.
Secondly, I did try a couple of different sessions to see if any one in particular tripped it. I found that it looks like Google Chrome sessions in particular trip it. I did try uninstalling and reinstalling chrome with no change. I also tried to open the same session outside of RDM, IE just navigate straight from Chrome, and that doesn't seem to trip it, only when opening it via RDM.
