Hello support,
We would like to know if it's possible to create some alerting rule that if a specific entry (username/password) is being viewed or edited then an email is send out to a distribution list.
Hello,
It is possible to receive Email Notifications with Devolutions Password Server data source.
Please see this page for more information about it.

Hello,
Even with the server, that specific notitification doesnt exist at this time, but we are completely reworking the notification engine as we speak.
If you do not use DPS, but use a SIEM of some sort with an agent that can pull data from a DB, we can guide on setting up an alert yourself.
Best regards,
Maurice
Hi Maurice,
Thank you for the reply. I was already checking the mail settings that Erica talked about, but that wasn't what i was looking for.
We have DPS running behind RDM. Do you have any timeline when we can expect the new reporting engine?
Regards,
Richard
Hello,
2019.2 in Q4 is looking like a viable plan at this point. We first need to offer the feature in DPS by itself, then let the RDM team integrate it, but those buggers are fast...
Maurice
Hello,
I'm looking at this feature but can't find a howto.
Can you please give some update ?
Regards
Bernard
Hello Bernard Bernard,
Are you using RDM with Devolutions Server as your backend datasource? If yes, it's indeed possible to receive a notification via email for a view password.
