Remote Desktop Manager ver 20.19.1.36.0 64 bit

I have been using your remote desktop manager for a few months now and have noticed when i have open multiple server sessions between 10 - 15 it appears to crash and the program closes.

Has anyone ever come across this before?

If you can please advise as it appears to be happening alot and is getting to the point now where its becoming frustrating, another colleague of mine has the same issue too. I know there is nothing wrong with the PC as my colleagues hardware is different.

Thanks
Darren

Hello,

Are you using the 64 bits version of RDM? Also, could you please consult your Windows Event Viewer and see if you have any entries related to these crashes? If so, could you please provide us the Faulting Module which caused these crashes?

Best regards,

Hello,

According to the information I have gathered on that matter by consulting documentation from Microsoft's Support, I have found out that most of the time, these issues occurs when your Windows workstations is not updated to the latest version available.

Would it be possible for you to verify if you have any windows update available?

I have also found out this topic from github on that matter:
https://github.com/neo-project/neo-gui/issues/5

You will notice at the end of this thread, that this issue also lead back to the "Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.18362.1, time stamp: 0x1a30e11b" you provided us above.

Thank you for the info I am on the current Windows 10 Build 1903 build 18362.239 and all updates have been applied.

Strange as another user I work with has the same issue, different hardware used too only seems to be when there are multiple server sessions open.

You are more than welcome.
That being said, this faulting module is really deep in Windows and it is not associated with RDM directly.
For this reason, the only solutions/tests we can provide are the following:
1- Perform all of your Windows Update
2- Run SFC Scannow - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833
3- Run .Net Framework repair tool - https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=30135
