RDM Free screen freezes during SSH Session.

During an SSH Session, the top half of the screen freezes. The bottom half continues refreshing with necessary details. I've attached a screen cap of the issue.

Software:
RDM Free
Version 2019.1.32.0 64-bit
.NET Runtime: v4.0.30319
.NET Version: Version 4.7.2 or better

Memory Usage: 293MB

System Memory: 32GB
