Hello,

What version of RDM are you running?

Are you able to establish the connection outside RDM?

Best regards,

Jean-Francois,

I already said I am new vpn user and I don't have sufficient knowledge but I read many guides from google search.
https://www.vpngate.net/en/howto_l2tp.aspx
https://www.expressvpn.com/what-is-vpn/protocols/l2tp
https://www.purevpn.com/what-is-vpn/protocols/l2tp

But still nothing. Can you please give me the proper solution?

Hello,

We cannot help with VPN or remoting technologies that is not working outside our product, which seem to be the case on our end unfortunately.

Are you running Remote Desktop Manager? Which version?

Hello,

Are you able to establish the VPN connection outside RDM? I mean, if you close RDM and launch the VPN, is it working?

Best regards,

@davidssricardo4,

Do you know if they have a command line that you can use with this VPN to establish the connection?
If yes, you can try to create a command line (external) entry to try to establish the connection.

You can also try the Custom VPN entry in the VPN section. It may be possible to launch it using this entry type.
