cannot delete SSH/Puuty entrys in RDM

avatar

Hallo,
we are not able to delete 2 ssh and 1 putty session in RDM.
We tryed to rename the sessions but this will result in a copy of the original entry. I can delete the copy but not the original. Same will happen when we edit the entry.
Please help to delete the entries.
In the Log dir are no entrys regarding the deleting.
We are using the Version 14.1.3.0 with a MS-SQL DB and can not update to the latest 2019.xxx Versions.

Hello,

This is very strange.

If you perform a CTRL + F5 to refresh the local cache and then try to delete the sessions, is it working?

Hello,

If you go in Help -> Diagnostic -> Data Source tab -> Database Diagnostic button -> Duplicate Folders tab, is there something in that area?

Hello,

Could you try to disable the local cache and then, delete your 2 entries.
To do so, go in File -> Data Sources -> Edit -> Advanced tab and select Disable in the Caching mode dropdown.
When this is done, please try to delete your 2 entries.
