Hello,

Having a strange issue with a documentation item set on a folder.

So, I added the folder to my favourites thinking it would add all the sub-folders; however it didnt. I deleted the folder within my favourites screen.

Looking back in the Vault area I can see the folder is still there - the icon is missing, and the documentation is missing as well.

I've tried to resurrect the folder however clicking resurrect does nothing.

Any way to retrieve this data?

Hello,

Could you right-click on your folder and select View -> Entry History and verify if you can revert back the session prior to the changes.

If this is not working, you would need to restore a backup of the database, from yesterday as example, in another database/data source and copy/paste back the information into the production data source.

Unfortunately nothing in the history.

Will grab the data from a backup.
