Hello! I use RDM on windows 10 and it work fine, but in windows server 2019 i cant login with devolutions account. An authenticated window is displayed and disappears. If i click on the help icon, i can see that the authorization is successful (a screenshot attached to the message). But the registration does not pass. I can not go to the devolutions online drive. The login window appears again and so on.

I tried deleting the configuration files (AppData\Roaming\Devolutions and AppData\Local\Devolutions) and logging in again, but to no avail. On Windows 10 machine config files in AppData\Local\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManagerFree, on windows server in (AppData\Roaming\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManagerFree.
Hello,
Could you please tell me which version of RDM and what type of Data Source you are currently using?
Per your screenshot, I can see that you are currently on the Free Edition and that you seem to be using a Devolutions Online Drive Data Source, am I correct?
Also, would it be possible for you to record the steps leading to this issue?

Do you know if the proxy is configured in File->Options
https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/fr/file_options_general_proxy.htm
You can select "System default" instead of No Proxy and restart the application.
David Hervieux

Hello,
I was just informed by our engineering department that this issue has been reproduced internally.
According to the tests they performed, this issue seem to occur when the date and time of your server has been changed manually instead of being set automatically. Could you please make sure that you are using the correct time zone?
Best regards,
James Lafleur
You're right! This is because of the error of the Windows server, the time zone does not change through the gui. I change the time zone to the correct one, but when I close the gui and open it again, the time zone does not change. Thank you for the solution!
