We typically use Cloudberry Explorer for s3 management tasks and thought I'd try Remote Desktop Manager today and find that certain folders are not labeled and cannot be opened. It appears that any folder like "[driveletter]:" does not display and cannot be opened. The folders are created from Cloudberry Backup and can be opened and enumerated via Cloudberry Explorer.
Hello,
I will report this to our dev for investigation.

Hello,
Could you try using a different program to browse Amazon S3? I'm wondering if it might be something special that Cloudberry does so their backups are only visible to themselves, or if the issue occurs only in RDM.
In RDM, we use the Amazon S3 SDK and we don't filter out anything. It might be the S3 SDK that is unable to fetch the information from these folders.

Hi,
Cloudberry Explorer for S3 (as mentioned above) shows the folders fine. I just loaded S3 Browser (http://s3browser.com/) and it also shows the folders. Both allow navigation down the folder structure. For what it's worth, Cloudberry shows the drives like "D:" and S3 Browser shows them like "D:/".
If you provide an e-mail address, I am happy to send screenshots from each application to illustrate the point.
Thanks,
Dan Sullivan
I've attached a screenshot from each app of the same folder. RDM just shows a blank and does not allow any drilldown.

Hello,
Thank you for the information. We will try to reproduce the issue and see what we can do.
