export add tag column

Hi,

could be great when you export entries to XLS or other format to have the TAGs info in a column to be able to filter after.

I'm using RDM 2019.1.30 with SQL

We have added the TAG column in export.

All changes will be effective in the next update (2019.1.42.0)
