Disable Datasources

HI all,

Is it possible to hide or disable some/all Datasources? So that I can deploy a customized RDM Client with only one preconfigured Datasource. The User should not be able to add a new data source.

Hello,

If you are on a domain and can use GPOs, please consult https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/how_to_modify_the_group_policy.htm. If you are not, you can simple adapt that lone registry key, but you must ensure that your users cannot modify it after the fact.

the key is \SOFTWARE\Policies\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager\DisableFileDataSources, which can be under HKLM or HKCU, more details in the help topic.
