Version 2019.1.30.0.4 - Launching the RDP Manager always ask for OTP code
Is there anyway that the OTP code is not asked everytime I am launching the RDP manager?
It is a bit, annoying.
Hello,
I'm not sure to understand where the OTP is set, could you details where the OTP is prompt?
If you have any print screen that could help us understand your infrastructure, this could be useful.
However if OTP has been set by your administrator as a 2FA, unfortunately 2FA cannot be bypassed.

Reproducing the issue
Click on icon to launch RDP manager:
Next window displayed is...
Any option to avoid that?
I can "close" the program to systray instead of doing a process exit and that probably would make the trick no?
Hi,
Have you a 2FA on your cloud account at https://cloud.devolutions.net/ and are you using a cloud database as Devolutions Online Database or Devolutions Online Drive?
If so, the OTP is required because you want to "log" again on the database and that your cloud account use 2FA.
Please confirm if this is the scenario, if it is I will ask the engineering department if we can do something as keeping RDM token for x hours.
Best regards,
David Grandolfo
