We use Azure SQL with "Active Directory Interactive (with MFA support)" with "Azure App Settings" configured and are using version 2019.1.25.0 64bit.
When we lock the application we are unable to lock it, the only way is to kill the process and open fresh.

Can you please try the latest beta (https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/download#Beta)? Changes were made to the Lock/Unlock code that should resolve your issue.
