single entry with multiple IPs/hostnames

Is possible to have one single entry that can ask upon connection which host you want to use with a drop down box instead of just a blank field as it is at the moment?

I have entries that can be used with different IPs for the same device, let's say multiple public and multiple private IP addresses and it would be handy instead of having several entries for each IP as it is now, to have a single entry that asks for which IP I want to connect.
