Hello,
Have you restarted Windows and retried?

Hi David, same behavior.

PS.: I've never restart system after upgrade and it has always worked.

What data source type do you use?

David Hervieux

The default (I suppose the one inside the tool?)

...XML

Could you post a print screen of the main window after you closed the dialog?

You could try to rename the folder %localappdata%\devolutions\remotedesktopmanagerfree to something else for a reset

Obviously I open the program as if it were the first time but the same login error occurs

I got the same problem and a reboot (I did it twice) doesn't solve the problem because it seems to be an issue which your cloud.

avatar

Could you try to use Register Later in the Registration dialog?

Clicking twice on record later, works (obviously clean installation)

We are investigating and we may have a clue about the problem.

Hello,

Sorry to jump in, but our engineering department would need the following:

1- Your applications logs located under the "Help" tab of RDM.
2- Your system specifications

Best regards,

Sorry David, with what access?

I try with the one i've created to write in forum right now and works.

avatar

But the login windows when i stard RDM doesn't show me credentials fields, the screenshot i've uploaded is the status at start. I've to close it to manage the program without any of my old settings.

avatar

I have the same issue.
It looks like RDMFree try to contact Devolutions Cloud but it doesn't respond.

avatar

I just logon to https:\login.devolutions.com? without any problems with IE.

Goodmorning,

I renamed "old" dir under APPDATA/LOCAL/DEVOLUTION, i copied connection.db under new directory. I tried to login first inside IE. Nothing change.

The authentication windows is stuck login status.

We are still investigating but we also have a potential fix deployed tomorrow morning for https://login.devolutions.com.

Hi,

We just released a new version of the login page, can now try the login page inside RDM and see if the issue is resolved.
This should at least fix the script error about 'console' not being found.

Hi Richer, nothing change for me, same issue.

Could you post a print screen of the script error that you still get?

Regards

Same for me... Endless loading loop.

Hello,
Here is a small update for RDM Free with some debug information in Help->Diagnostic

This is what I see:

@cRoW2k

Could you try to change the IE mode to IE11. You are using the IE 9 emulation mode

It works!

I saw the difference in the user's screen h03 and I couldn't explain why was set this way .

Good job guys.

Hi,

We just released a new version of the login page with a meta compatibility tag that fix the issue without having to change the IE mode to IE11.
