New user as of today. Installed and setup a number of RDP and SSH sessions. Was experimenting with the layouts and panels -- removing and adding. However, I now see a very limited UI and I don't see any way to return application to default configuration. Or even how to bring back the top "ribbon". I've attached two screen shots of the dashboard and welcome screens. Both screens show that I have the ribbon selected to Show Tabs and Commands.
Is there a more manual way to reset application look & feel when the ribbon and/or toolbar is not available?

Hello,
Would it be possible for you to press on Alt+F11, click on "Reset layout" and see if this issue persist?
If that doesn’t work, you can try to close RDM, then navigate to %localappdata% -> Devolutions -> RemoteDesktopManagerFree and delete every file with the .lyt extension.
Best regards,
James Lafleur
Thank you, James!
I tried Alt+F11 (and just F11) and neither helped.
I then deleted any LYT files (%AppLocalData%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManagerFree\*.lyt) - of which there were two (2). That helped somewhat. It returned the Navigation pane so now I can see my sessions created, but none of the ribbon tabs and/or buttons are accessible. (see updated screen shot).
I'm tempted to uninstall and reinstall, but I spent some time setting up all my servers so far -- work I would rather not duplicate. Any way to save those sessions/settings if I reinstall? I see in the profile folder (where the LYT files were found) two *.db files. Would these or any other files contain my saved sessions?

Hello Min,
Thanks, I am not sure I tried right-clicking in that location, but I will give it a try and report back. Thanks for taking the time to share!
Dave
Hello Min,
That was it! I didn't realize that you could right-click along the titlebar to hide/display the ribbon. The option was there and my ribbon is now back. Appreciate the quick video!
Dave
Hey Dave,
thank you very much for your feedback - glad to hear it's working! ;)
