I recently moved over to a new PC. I did a backup on the old one for Remote Desktop Manager and restored on the new computer. That worked fine. I was able to login the first time, but now it keeps prompting me to login again and it's not accepting my Devolutions account login password even that is definitely correct. Am I missing something? Any advice would be helpful. See screenshot

According to your screenshot, the issue seems to be related by an invalid password entered in the Properties of your RDP entry. That being said, if you think it can be related to your Devolutions Cloud Account, please do not hesitate to join our chat.
