Tabs are super-huge and horizontal scrolling is super-fast

Hi,

on my 4K screen with a scaling of 200% the tabs in 2019.1 are way bigger than in the previous version resulting in less screen estate for my RDP sessions. Also it is impossible to scroll to the right by picking the navigation item and dragging it as for some reason the size of the tree view is enormous, so by moving the item just a little bit even the most expanded tree isn't visible anymore. I can still click the "right" button but this on the other side is super slow as in "not even moving one character at a time".

I hope you can fix this as I was looking forward to the announcement of UI changes, but at least for me things have gotten worse.
