Add-on manager no longer shows version number, install status

There is no longer add-on versioning. All the add-ons are included directly in RDM and are updated when RDM is updated. This was required because of the new UI theme that we support. The good thing is that you will no longer need to install an add-on to use bu only if you want it in the Add Entry list.

It more like an optional component than an add-on now. All the custom add-ons will be deprecated soon for security reason and also for maximum compatibility with macOS, Android and Ios
