I don't know if this is just me, or intended, but if I edit any entry in the tree view, all text in columns other than 'name' and 'description' disappears for all entries while the edit entry dialogue is open. Closing it causes all text to reappear. Here are the columns that I use:
Hello,
Is it possible to send us a small video of the issue?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Yes - can I email it to you directly? Because it will contain sensitive info I'd rather not post it here.
Hello,
Please use the secure link below to send us your video

Sent.
Hello,
Thanks! I will have a look at this with my team and get back to you.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Hello, any update on this? It is still present in 2019.1.27.0.
Hello,
Sorry for the delay, we are quite confused on what happened to your case. I did some test but wasn't able to reproduce your issue. Do you also get the same problem if you change your theme to dark or light?
Best Regards,
Etienne Lord
It occurs with both light and dark themes as well.

After right click>edit:
All the extra columns I have displayed disappear. This seems to be for any type of entry.
Hello,
Are you using a 4K monitor?
Best Regards,
Etienne Lord
No, but I am using an ultrawide, which seemed to be part of the issue before as it didn't reproduce on my laptop. Here's the specific model (2560x1080):

Edit: disregard the part about not being able to reproduce it. I can reproduce it on other monitors. I was mixing this issue up with the issue listed in email thread with subject line "RE: RDM Ticket - UI issue" which Ethan and I worked on. The only solution for that was to use the portable version as the issue could not be reproduced on Devolutions' side.
Hello,
I got a ticket open with the QA team in order to see if they can reproduce your issue.

Etienne Lord
Hello,
Would you be able to send in your Remote Desktop Manager configuration file?
https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/index.html?howto_configurationfile.htm
Best Regards,
Etienne Lord
Sure - I've sent them via the Devolutions support file drop.
Hello,
We were able to reproduce the issue and are working on a fix. For the time being, a workaround would be to go in File -> Options -> Advanced and uncheck the Force Refresh Before Edit option.
Best Regards,
Etienne Lord
Thanks Etienne.
Hello,
The issue will be fixed in the next version of Remote Desktop Manager.
Best Regards,
Etienne Lord
