One Time Password - Scan QR Code "from my screen" does not work.
I've tried this with several account at different sites, and not once has this feature ever worked. The main window minimizes for just a second, then pops right back up. Nothing is scanned. Is there some special procedure for making this work? I've had luck copying them to the clipboard but believe it or not, there are QR codes out there that are not images that you can copy to the clipboard or save to a file. In those cases there is no way to use the OTP feature.
Am I doing something wrong?

I guess there is a small misunderstanding - you talking about the OTP credential window and the option "Show QR Code" ?
In this case the QR Code isn't for copy the Code itself, it's to add the OTP Credential quickly to another device (mobile phone for example).

Thanks for the response. I was actually trying to scan the QR code to setup 2FA for RDM, got mixed up and posted this question to the wrong forum. Please disregard.

no problem! For set up 2FA for RDM you'll find here more infos about and how to configure.
If you're using an advanced data source, it's also possible to configure 2FA on data source level.
