2-factor by vault

Hi,
I'm looking at 2FA and you can only set by datasource. We have only 1 datasource for 5 departements but it's not all department who need 2FA.
Would it be possible to have 2FA by vault instead entire datasource?
I'm using RDM Enterprise 14.1.3.0 with SQL server.

but could it be possible to only force certain user to use 2FA?
So all users who have acces to vault how need 2FA I can force 2FA for those and all other user who use other vault i'll not force 2FA. That will be manual... but could be good.

you can set your DPS to 2FA optional per user (see screenshot).
you can activate force 2FA per user.

yes but the problem is I still using RDM, we don't have DPS yet.
@David is this feature will be available with RDM Enterprise or only with DPS.

oh, i didnt know you havent dps,
yes you need dps
i looked into rdm-config and group-policies and there is no such implementation to activate it by deploying a rdm-cfg or a gpo.

It theory only in DPS. Everybody think that we want to sell DPS but it's not business related. If the 2FA is configured in the database and not behind a server, it's easy to reverse or reset the setting. There is no validation possible if it's a direct database connection.
