RDM free 2019.1.3.0 x64 won't start - publickeytoken or dependance not found

Tried to update from 5.1.3.0 to the latest 2019.1.3.0 version (portable version with override.cfg). On start I'm getting this error:

FileNotFoundException - Die Datei oder Assembly "DevExpress.Dialogs.v18.2.Core, Version=18.2.6.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b88d1754d700e49a" oder eine Abhängigkeit davon wurde nicht gefunden. Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden.

bei Devolutions.RemoteDesktopManager.Managers.LocalizationManager.Initialize()
bei Devolutions.RemoteDesktopManager.Managers.ApplicationManager.InitializePhaseOne(String[] args)
bei Devolutions.RemoteDesktopManager.Program.Main(String[] args)

Thought there might be a conflict with the previous version so I decided to run it like a fresh install. Still no luck.
I'm getting the same error using a freshly extracted zip-version. Any ideas how to solve this problem?

btw. the dialog window tells me the app is running for absurd 737184 days already. kinda confusing?

Hello,
I will check the zip file but it seems that one file is missing.

Could you add those files

DevExpress.Dialogs.v18.2.Core.zip

Adding both .dlls to the folder solved my problem.

Thank you!

Hello,

In the installation folder of RDM Free, are you seeing the DevExpress.Dialogs.v18.2.Core.dll file ?
