When I am switching between RDP session tabs, every now and then that tab just dissapear under my mouse cursor when clicked on.
It does not matter if that tab was inactive for long time or just few seconds. I have no idea what could be the cause or how to diagnose that, tried turn on RDP keep alive with no effect.
It happens more with Remote Desktop Gateway is used, but not exclusively.

Could you please try to go under File -> Options -> Advanced and check "Use manual activate tab" ? Doing so might help with this issue.
If it persist, could you please tell me which version of RDM and what type of Data Source you are currently using? Also, would it be possible for you to send us your RemoteDesktopManager.cfg file in order for us to replicate this issue in our test environment? Well, I can do that (when I figure out how :) ), but you will only see that I click on one tab and then on other and this second one disappears the exact moment I clicked it. So not much helpful.
Is there any debug logging or something like that I can enable instead?

I do understand that this might seems like an odd request to ask but a recording of this issue would allow us to see how it occurs on your end directly.
In order to record our screen we use currently use Snagit. A free 15 days trial of this application can be requested here: https://www.techsmith.com/download/snagit/
As for the debug logging, I doubt that it would provide us information about the cause of this issue. That said, you could go under Help -> Profiler and set the debug level to 1, launch your entries and send us the content of your Profiler Log. For more information on that matter, please refer to the link below:
