Save RDM client settings at machine level instead of user profile?

Is it possible to force RDM to save the client settings (not connection settings) at the machine level so they're the same for all users who access that machine? We'd like to do this on our jump host so each user has the same UX when they log in.

Hello,

I suspect that your jump host is a Terminal Server, am I correct?
