Credentials?

Hello!

We are 2 technicians, in our company. We are trying out this new tool, but we can't get the right credentials to work as we want it.

We have tried using the "Personal credentials" setting, but that will only allow us to store 1 of our credentials for the RDP's. That works fine, if we only had 1 domain to manage. Since we have multiple domains to manage, we can't use the "personal credentials" setting, as it works for only 1 domain.

What we want here, is to set different individual credentials for each folder, without having to create multiple RDP entries with different credentials.

I know we can do this, with the credentials repository, but aren't we able to set credentials for a specific folder, for each user? So he doesn't have to switch it from my account, to his account every time he needs to access it?

I hope it's making sense, else I need to think up a way, to explain it better.

Hello,

The feature you are looking for is called User Specific Settings, you can see a list of recommended strategies on https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/gettingstarted_managingcredentials.htm

Hey!

Thanks alot! I really just realised, that we were still logged into the database on the same administrator account. Went ahead and created admin accounts for the db, and it all works like a charm now!
