Pass variable to RDM from rdm:// URL

I would like to pass a third party value from one of our into an rdm:// URL so it gets picked up by RDM and can be used in its Post Login feature.
Example:
- 3rd party app generates a value, for example '9062'
- 3rd party app generates an rdm:// URL to be opened by RDM
Example URL: rdm://open?DataSource=b9e17ff0-7631-4a60-8c29-1c61635e2d59&Repository=&Session=66f5ca38-294d-4702-a4c9-4f37dc1709f1&$Custom_Field5$=9062
This variable should then be available in RDM for the Post Login feature.
