I have a problem, i no longer have access to the email account that my cloud account uses and would like to change it. Is there a way to do that or do i need to create a new account?

For security reasons, we are no longer perform change email request for cloud accounts.
You would need to create the new account, transfer the data that you would like to keep and delete the old account (if necessary).
If some invoices need to be associate with the new email address, let me know, this change would need to be perform by our sales department.

having the same problem. So I delete my account and what happens:
I need to enter a code sent to the old email address. If i have no chance to get this information i cannot delete the account?

If you don't use your account for a long period of time, it will eventually be disabled.
