Hi,

The natural behavior of RDM is to split username between the username part and the domain part as it is the way FreeRDP (the component used for embedded RDP sessions) expect this information to be passed to it. In the case where the username is actually something like an email address, and this split is not desired, you should change the "Username format" option to {User}. Here's where to find the setting:

Oh, RDM Free version 6.2.1.0 does not ave the general Advanced tab. This was included in the Free since the last beta. You can download it here: https://cdn.devolutions.net/download/Mac/Devolutions.RemoteDesktopManager.Free.Mac.6.2.2.0.dmg

With it, you should be able to change the option mentioned above.
